Seasonal Jams and Jellies!
I have spent this hot Texas summer in the house a lot more than I normally would. I love being outside all year long. Since it has been so hot, I have been in my kitchen making jams and jellies and salsa. I learned to can vegetables and fruits from my grandmother when I was a child. Making things in my kitchen is a fun pastime for me.
I have made several of my favorite varieties of jams and jellies and they are now available in my farm market. Salsa will be available soon. I make small batches but if you would like a custom order, please reach out to me and let me know what you would like for me to make for you. I have prepared and frozen many fresh fruits for future batches that were picked this summer.
